What is the 10 Year Challenge?
Originally starting off by making its rounds on Facebook, users are encouraged to post a side by side photo of themselves from 2009, and 10 years later, today. Itโs a fun way to see how friends and family have changed (or not) over the past 10 years, and with celebrities joining in on the fun, the #10YearChallenge is now a social media craze. Overall, the point of the challenge is to promote self-love, showing off your glow up over the past 10 years.
