Now that Halloween festivities are over, we are ready to go head first into November. This month we've enjoyed October's autumnal activities from embracing the weather change, and the beautiful leaves to sipping on our favorite hot drink with a good book in hand - and like every month, we've decided to share some things we've been loving this month.
Favorite Hairstyle: Under/Over Low Bun
This fall favorite is so easy to create! This is one of ten hairstyles the lovely Hayley created for us in this blog post.
Watch the video below to see how Hayley shows us how it's done:
Hayley is wearing her Seamless Luxy Hair extensions in shades Ombre Blonde and Ombre Chestnut (mixed) to add some dimension in color and length.
Quote of the Month
October is the mellow transition into the end of the year, and we took this opportunity to reflect back into the year and round up what we're grateful for.
Favorite Fall Drink - Best Homemade PSL
Starbucks has nothing on this easy DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe brought to us by Inspired Taste.

Whipped cream, for serving

The Dryer Sheet Hair Hack
Whether it’s from that brand new knitted sweater you bought or cold temperatures outside, static hair is no fun. Save yourself the embarrassment by taking care of the situation before you leave the house. Dryer sheets can be very useful in this scenario. You might look a little silly, but, hey, only you and your bathroom mirror will know. Rub the dryer sheets down your hair to get rid of pesky static bits that are standing on edge. Another bonus is the dryer sheet leaves your hair smelling like fresh laundry!
Fave Book
Are you a poem lover? This month, Rupi Kaur released her second collection of poems, and we are obsessed with the overwhelming emotion she portrays with few beautiful words. Read the description below for a brief on it:
"Rupi Kaur, author of the New York Times book, milk and honey, is offering her second long-awaited collection of poems, the sun and her flowers: a vibrant and transcendent journey of growth and healing, ancestry and respect for its roots, expatriation and how to find happiness in oneself. Illustrated by Kaur and divided into five chapters, the sun and her flowers is an adventure of decline, fall, rooting, growth and hatching; a celebration of love in all its forms."
Fall Fashion Favorite
Our favourite go-to fall outfit is the simple pairing of your favorite jeans, a knitted sweater and boots. It’s comfortable, fashionable and screams fall! Perfect for a casual day out, can be dressed up with heels and can tackle cold evening weather with a huge blanket scarf - the customization possibilities are endless.
Favorite Candle
This just in - in celebration of cooler weather, we have introduced a new favorite... candles! If you're anything like us, scented candles are key to unwinding after a long day of work or school.
This 3 wick Goji and Tarocco candle is from Voluspa and are made with no parabens or sulfates, are not tested on animals, and this beautiful tin can be reused to store jewelry after done with its initial use.
That about wraps it up! October is over, and we are ready to go head first into November and all the Christmas prep, colder weather and cozier outfits it is has to bring. What have been your favorites this month? Let us know in the comments below, we absolutely love hearing from you!
