What is the Aurora Lovestrand Romance Ready Kit and what does it come with?
The Aurora Lovestrand Romance Kit comes with the following 6 items: Fuzzy Feel Pouch, Heaven Sent Headband, Pretty in Pink Claw Clip, Hair Loop Tool Duo, Star-studded Clip Set, and one 20โ Seamless Clip-in Hair Extensions set. Can I choose my correct shade for the Seamless clip-in set?
Yes! You are welcome to choose your ideal color for the Seamless set. The 20โ Seamless set comes in a weight of 180 grams, and 10 individual wefts. It is ideal for thin/medium hair types, with longer hair past shoulder-length.

Does the Romance Kit come with a tester weft?
The Seamless set comes with a tester weft to test the shade in person before opening the main compartment of the set.

Ourย Seamless extensionsย are a part of a new collection Luxy Hair launched in 2017. They're similarย to ourย 160 gramย Classic set, however, they have more hair attached to each weft making the full set slightly thicker. They are madeย with a thin silicone-weft base that lays flat against your head.

What is the difference between the Highlight & Balayage collections?
The Highlights collection features thin highlights starting from the root straight through to the ends. This collection is designed to blend into hair that has already been highlighted, eliminating the need to get your hair extensions custom-dyed.ย This is great for those looking to further accentuate their highlights. The Balayage collection features hand-painted highlights that startย several inches from the root with darker pieces left at the bottom to give the hair that extra depth and dimension. I have Ombre/highlights in my hair. Can I still wear Balayage?
Yes. Balayage extensions will blend even if you have Ombre or highlights in your hair. If you have Ombre, the Balayage extensions will add more color and dimension higher up. If you have highlights, the Balayage extensions will add more color towards the ends.
All Luxy Hair extensions come with a sample weft, therefore, you can take out the weft and hold it up against your hair to see if youโre happy with the blend. If you feel itโs not a good fit, weโll be happy to accept your package back for a return or exchange.

Will Balayage extensions work, even if my hair isnโt balayage?
Yes. Clip-in extensions are a great way to experiment with color, without the full-time commitment or damage to your natural hair. In order for the extensions to blend, we recommend ensuring that your hair matches the root color of the extensions.

Can I cut the Balayage extensions shorter?
Yes. Like all of our extensions, our balayage sets can be cut, trimmed and layered. The more you cut from the ends, however, the more it will take away from the balayage effect at the bottom.

We do offer sample swatches for our Balayage and Highlights shades! We're happy to offer theseย color swatches to our customers.ย
If you place an order for a sample swatch, you will receive a smallย lock of hair that is dyed perfectly to reflect the colors we offer in our full sets.ย

Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?
Just like your own hair, Luxy Hair extensions can be straightened, blow-dried, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Luxy Hair extensions, however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your set.
Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your set. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don't get that sort of constant nutrition.

How do I care for my extensions?
Creating aย good routine with your Luxy Hair extensions from the start will help prolong their lifespan.ย Since they areย made from 100% Remy human hair, they can be styled and washed just like your regular hair, however,ย the more you wash and heat style your extensions, the shorter their lifespan will be, so try to keep washing and product use to a minimum.
Please note that unlike our Straight Clip-In Ponytail Extension, the care instructions for the Curly Clip-In Ponytail Extension are different in order to preserve the curl pattern. We donโt recommend dyeing/toning, using water-based products, washing or heat styling (such as straightening, blow-drying or curling). In addition, we recommend only using a wide-tooth comb or your hands to brush through the ponytail.
Keep in mind that unlike your own hair, which receives natural hydration from the oils on your scalp, hair extensions donโt have a natural hydration source. Products Lost or Damaged In Transit: All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), and ship from our warehouse located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers. We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services but we are not responsible for such deficiencies.
Processing Time
It will take 1 business day to process your order,ย regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer Saturday delivery for orders placed by 5pm ET the day before, by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking linkย once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder.ย Standard & express shippingย costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.ย
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).ย

Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, and New York.
These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Luxy Hair in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state. We do ship to Military Mail addresses.ย

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). This means that you will not be required to pay any additional duties upon delivery.ย
At checkout, you will see taxes added to your order. This prepaid ahead of time will guarantee absolutely no additional charges when you receive your package.ย
United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, France, UAE, Switzerland, Europe
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States) with DHL Express shipping (1-5 business days for delivery). The cost of the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, which guarantees there will be no additional fees required at the time of delivery.
Other International
At checkout, you will have the option to prepay your duties and taxes. If you choose to not prepay, your order will be shipped ย DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah (United States). Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Luxy Hair.ย
If you do prepay your duties and taxes at checkout (which is recommended by Luxy Hair to ensure a smooth delivery), your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which guarantees no additional charges at the time of delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please read this articleย for next steps on how to locate your package. Also, please contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.ย We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout.ย If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

You may return your order for a refund or exchangeย it within 60 days of purchase, as long as the main compartment is still sealed.ย
